Cedar Ridge was purchased by new owners in September 2020. The property had not been well maintained for quite a few years. We are now updating the property inside and out. 2021 will focus mostly on interior repairs. The hallways and units need remodeled and each unit a new tenant moves into will have had significant updates. 2022 will be the year the exterior is finally going to be updated.

Here are a couple of pictures of a kitchen in progress. We have the cabinets stained but they don’t yet have the coats of poly that really make them look great. The base of the counter top is in and the laminate will be laid soon. Then we need to install the new sink, flooring, paint … – lots of work still until it is completed but it will soon be a nice home.

Currently we are completing 1 to 2 units per month. The images below are from recent remodels. Not all units need new appliances, but some do. These are some pictures of the unit updated in April. This one was unique in that there was carpet in the bedrooms that was in good condition and the tenants wanted to keep it.
